Shipping Policy

Quadratic Fit strives for excellent customer service. We ship all orders with 3-5 business days from the time the order is received. Package shipping will take (around 7-14 Days) 

UNITED STATES: 

  • Only shipping in United States of America currently
  • $8 USD flat fee for domestic, all states within USA
  • FREE domestic shipping for all states within USA on orders over $100 USD

*NOT SEND RETURNS WITHOUT OUR APPROVAL. IF SHIPPED WITHOUT OUR APPROVAL WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND AND ITEMS WILL BE DISCARDED*


Return your item in the original packaging submit your return within 30 days of receiving your item.

After receiving your package, only return the incorrect or dissatisfactory item, if our customer care team prompts you to.

Please treat your activewear with care. When trying it on, wear underwear and do not remove any labels or tags if you are unsure you’re keeping the items.


DIRTY/WORN ITEMS OR PIECES MISSING TAGS/LABELS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!


To be eligible for a return or an exchange, an invoice must be included.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at quadfit1@quadraticfit.com


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale and will not be eligible for a refund.

 


Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size or style, send us an email at quadfit1@quadraticfit.com first, as we will be happy to assist in the exchange process.



REFUND

Once your return is delivered, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed and a further 5-10 days for it to be posted to your method of payment.For more info, read our returns policy.


Free returns:

All US orders can be returned for free within 30 days of purchase.
